This December, the kennels at Van Buren County Animal Control are getting a little extra sparkle. From December 1–15, we’re joining BISSELL Pet Foundation’s nationwide Empty the Shelters – Holiday Hope event — a seasonal push to help every dog find a warm home before winter truly settles in.
