PLAT Board
The Plat Board is established by law under MCL560.102(r). It includes the Register of Deeds, Paul DeYoung, who serves as Chairperson; the County Clerk, Suzie Roehm, who acts as Secretary; and the County Treasurer, Trisha Nesbitt. The Plat Board approves preliminary and final plats (subdivisions) before they go to LARA. Plats are used to divide land in real estate.
