Please complete all forms and bring the necessary documents. We do not provide photocopy services.
Steps to Obtain a Passport
- Submit a Passport Application:

- Fill out a paper application at our office.
- Submit a Passport Photo:

- We can take your photo for $10.

Fees
Passport fees vary by age, type, and renewal status. Use the Fee Calculator to determine costs.
- Application Fee: Payable by check or money order to the Department of State. A separate payment is needed for each application.
- Execution Fee: $35, payable by check, money order, or cash to Van Buren County.
- Optional Photo Fee: $10, payable by check, money order, or cash to Van Buren County.
