MiChildSupport

MiChildSupport is a website by the Department of Health and Human Services. It provides up-to-date information about your case, accessible anytime on mobile devices. Click the MiChildSupport link to login or sign up for your account. You can communicate with the Friend of the Court to assist you with signing up or navigating the website.

For information about your MiChildSupport PIN, please contact the MiChildSupport website. You can also call the Van Buren County Friend of the Court office at (269) 657-7734, to receive your PIN by phone.

MiLogin

To access MiChildSupport, you must first have a MiLogin account. MiLogin Account Set Up and Login Page.

Receiving Child Support Payments

For information on receiving payments, visit the Electronic Disbursement FAQ Page. To enroll in Direct Deposit or the Way2Go Debit Card, visit Michigan State Disbursement Unit (MiSDU) 

When setting up your account, if you selected the choice of a prepaid debit card, payments will be deposited onto your new Way2Go Card.

    Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System

    The Automated Voice Response System provides case information 24/7, including:

    • Payment Information: Last 3 payments & balance, monthly summary, direct deposit setup, report lost/stolen checks.
    • Enforcement Information: Show Cause Hearing, income withholding.
    • Request Forms: Mailed within 1-2 business days.
    • Re-set PIN: You choose your own Personal Identification Number (PIN). You will use the same PIN every time you call.

    How to Use the IVR

    1. Dial 877-543-2660.
    2. Enter 826 for Van Buren County.
    3. Select Van Buren County.
    4. Set your PIN if it’s your first time. Enter your PIN if you have one.
    5. Make selections from the menu.
    6. If selecting payment/enforcement info, enter your Social Security Number (SSN).
    7. End your inquiry at any time by hanging up.

    To access your case information through the IVR, have your Social Security Number and PIN ready. Use the same PIN for all cases if you have multiple. For quicker service, use this tool before contacting the Friend of the Court staff.
