We are here to guide and support our community in planning decisions. Our commission was reestablished under the Michigan Planning Enabling Act, PA 33 of 2008. Members are appointed by the County Board of Commissioners to create and adopt a county plan. We work closely with local planning commissions to ensure sustainable and lawful planning.
