From Sheriff Daniel E. Abbott: Migration Update
Thank you for your patience—and welcome back, subscribers!
Over the past two months, we have been migrating the Van Buren County Sheriff’s Office website to a new hosting provider. During this transition, our regular news posts and notifications were temporarily delayed. I am pleased to announce that this service is now fully restored.
As always, our goal is to provide you—the citizens of Van Buren County—with consistent, accurate, and timely updates directly from our office.
Regular news and information will soon be following, however to contact our office, or just discover the many ways our office serves the public, the web address of vbcsheriff.com remains valid and will open to our newly hosted site.
- New notification system: If you already receive our emails, you’re all set. To change which updates you get, open any Sheriff email and click Manage your subscription at the bottom. New here? Subscribe to updates.
- Text alerts coming soon: We’re adding optional text messaging so you can receive news feed updates by SMS. We’ll announce how to opt in as soon as it’s live.
