In compliance with the Open Meetings Act, Public Act 267 of 1976, as amended, (MCL 15.264), the Joint Ad Hoc Committee including Berrien, Cass, and Van Buren Counties related to the Kinexus/Workforce Development Board hereby gives notice of a meeting to be held at the Cass County Administration Building, 2nd Floor, 120 N. Broadway St., Cassopolis, MI:

Berrien County will provide necessary, reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed material being considered at the meeting, to individuals with disabilities at the meeting/hearing upon ten days’ notice to the County.
