In compliance with the Open Meetings Act, Public Act 267 of 1976, as amended (MCL 15.264), the Joint Ad Hoc Committee including Berrien, Cass, and Van Buren Counties related to the Kinexus/Workforce Development Board hereby gives notice of a meeting to be held at the Berrien County Administration Center, 701 Main St., St. Joseph, MI 49085.

Berrien County will provide necessary, reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed material being considered at the meeting, to individuals with disabilities at the meeting/hearing upon ten days’ notice to the County. Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services should contact the Berrien County Administration Office by writing to the 701 Main St., St. Joseph, Michigan 49085 or by calling the office at 269-983-7111, ext. 8095 or fax 269-983-5788.
