The plan covers redevelopment of a 38.91-acre parcel on Cemetery Road in Bangor into approximately 82 new housing units, with infrastructure and safety improvements to support the housing. The anticipated investment is $16 to $20 million.
The Brownfield Plan, including a site map and legal description, is available for public inspection at the Van Buren County Administration Building, 219 E. Paw Paw Street, Paw Paw.
