The Committee of the Whole (COW) meeting is where all presentations and new request will be presented to the Van Buren County Commissioners for initial consent. All items approved at the COW will move to the Board of Commissioners (BOC) next regularly scheduled meeting\, approximately 2 week later\, for final approval and resolution.
